Indian Studio Announces Epic Mythology-Inspired Game: The Age of Bhaarat
A new Indian game studio, co-founded by seasoned game developer Nouredine Abboud (Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands), legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, and acclaimed author Amish Tripathi (Shiva Trilogy), has unveiled The Age of Bhaarat, an epic action-adventure game inspired by Indian mythology. The game is planned for release on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as on major consoles. A release date has not yet been confirmed.
Tara Gaming Ltd., the team behind the project, describes the title as a significant step toward placing India on the global gaming stage. By combining rich cultural storytelling with high-end game development, they aim to showcase the country’s vast mythological heritage through cutting-edge gameplay and visuals.
